SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday 11:00 AM EST through Sunday, or on U.S. holidays.
During high order volume, shipments may be delayed. If so, we’ll notify you by email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout

- Free Economy Shipping is available on U.S. orders of $100 or more

- Delivery times are estimates only. Delays can occur, especially during peak seasons. Once your package is with the carrier, Get Bang Bang Tea is not responsible for delays or delivery issues

Shipment to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to U.S. addresses, U.S. territories, APO/FPO, and international addresses.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking will activate within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Get Bang Bang Tea is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive a damaged order, file a claim directly with the carrier.
Save packaging and damaged goods for your claim.

Incorrect Addresses & Refused Delivery

We attempt to validate all shipping addresses. If the address cannot be verified, we’ll try to contact you. If we cannot update it, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Get Bang Bang Tea is not responsible if an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be recovered.

Missing or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, Get Bang Bang Tea is not responsible for missing or stolen shipments.
Please file claims directly with the carrier.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return unused and resalable product(s) within 5 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping & handling).
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. If that isn’t available, we will issue a money order.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a service with tracking.
